About the Role
The company Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Saudi Arabia Vertical Lift Sustainment Program team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, the focus is on leading the Saudi Vertical Lift maintenance and sustainment portfolio through the execution of Spare Packages & Field Support activities, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Modifications and Upgrades, Training, and transactional contracts. This leader will manage the development of new strategic contracts and statement of work along with continuing to support the execution of the currently awarded scope in the Vertical Lift Sustainment portfolio.

Position Responsibilities
- Primary focal to attend Customer engagements and support requests.
- Leads project managers and supporting functions to achieve on-time delivery and first-time quality.
- Lead matrix IPT team performing Program Management activities.
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
- Follows Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan.
- Identifies project scope changes, risks, dependencies, and constraints; develops mitigation plans; and implements changes while maintaining schedule, cost, and scope baselines.
- Supports proposal development, business case preparation, and program strategy planning to meet business goals and long-range business plan objectives.
- Coordinates with CAM holders, programs, supports work authorization processes, manages commitment data, and leads interorganizational work transfer activities as required.
- Provides regular Portfolio reporting to leadership.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 12+ years of experience working in Military or industry with Defense Vertical Lift.
- 5+ years of experience in program management.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience working FMS contract acquisition.
- Experience working with Saudi VL Customer environment i.e., RSLFAC, MNG Aviation Command, etc.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Dharan, Saudi Arabia.
Compensation
Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of the company's U.S.-based payroll. Compensation will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia law. Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all Saudi Arabia labor and immigration formalities.
