This role is designed for an expert in program management with an interest in gaining international experience and strategic exposure in a complex, high-stakes environment. The position will initially be based in Tucson, AZ, with a subsequent long-term assignment in Abu Dhabi, UAE for approximately two years, with potential for extension. Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments, including a comprehensive post-offer medical examination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Quality and Production Start-Up: Lead efforts to establish supplier quality and production capabilities for the C-UAS portfolio, ensuring adherence to the company’s quality standards.
  • Supply Chain and Supplier Management: Develop strong supplier relationships and maintain oversight of supply chain operations to optimize performance and compliance with international EX/IM regulations.
  • Program Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing program schedules, budgets, and resources in accordance with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of goals between UAE operations and U.S. headquarters.
  • Strategic Impact: Drive the execution of key C-UAS initiatives and leverage international experience to identify process improvements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12+ years relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience in military production, supplier quality, supply chain management, and international licensing.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Mathematics.
  • Program Management Certification Level 5 or equivalent and EVMS Certification.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities, particularly with senior executives and international customers.
