Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management programs and projects, from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
- Define and manage program roadmaps, scope, timelines, budgets, governance structures, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors to drive successful delivery.
- Track and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and escalations, driving timely resolution.
- Establish and maintain strong program governance, reporting structures, and delivery controls.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Project Management within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management environments.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex business and technology transformation programs.
- Strong program governance, risk management, issue management, and escalation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with leading banks or financial institutions in the UAE or GCC.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Experience delivering regulatory, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives within banking.
