Senior Program Manager / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager / Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic Wealth Management business and technology initiatives within a banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and agreed delivery timelines. The role requires strong experience across Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management, combined with excellent program governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and business-technology transformation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management programs and projects, from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
• Define and manage program roadmaps, scope, timelines, budgets, governance structures, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors to drive successful delivery.
• Track and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and escalations, driving timely resolution.
• Establish and maintain strong program governance, reporting structures, and delivery controls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Project Management within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex business and technology transformation programs.
• Strong program governance, risk management, issue management, and escalation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with leading banks or financial institutions in the UAE or GCC.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering regulatory, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives within banking.
