Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation.
- Monitor solution adoption and ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to address customer needs and challenges.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve solution performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a liaison to address customer concerns and drive collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or upgrades.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and strategic reviews.
- Advocate for customer needs within Help AG.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT project management, or related fields, with focus on solution architecture and customer success.
- Strong understanding of Cyber and information security challenges.
- Experience with managed security services and GRC/VAPT services.
- Technical knowledge of Cloud IT and Security Technologies.
- Excellent understanding of network, application, IoT, and OT security.
- Strong consulting skills with a solid technical and commercial understanding.
- Exceptional verbal and written command of English.
