Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Oversee project timelines ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Provide detailed project cost and budget management ensuring financial targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Facilitate project meetings, including setting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to track project performance and progress.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Project Cost and Budget Management.
- Demonstrate expertise in Project Planning within the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Have a solid understanding of Devices / SPM.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Display strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications Required
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is required.
