Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, and AI-related certifications (e.g., Generative AI in Banking).

Experience:
- 5+ years in top-tier management consulting.
- 8-10 years in digital transformation/business projects/product teams in large organizations (not IT project leads, but on the business/techno-functional side).
- 10-15 years on the business side within financial services.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Problem-solving skills with experience in leading solution design project execution for at least 5 successful large-scale/high-impact programs.
- Ability to understand the big picture and create frameworks for solution design and requirement gathering.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing data, identifying proxies when necessary.
- Strong communication skills, with at least 3-4 years of experience in preparing presentations for VP/SVP-level stakeholders.
- Functional understanding of various digital transformation technologies, including GenAI, RPA, IPA, RDA, machine learning, big data analytics, chatbots, NLP/NLG.
- Project management experience in independently leading projects and creating tactical implementation plans.
