Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programme governance frameworks to ensure effective decision-making and accountability.
  • Establish and manage governance forums, maintaining clear records of decisions, actions, approvals, and escalations.
  • Act as the central governance lead across various teams, driving alignment and collaboration.
  • Monitor compliance with governance requirements and provide governance analysis and recommendations to support executive-level decision-making.
  • Drive consistency, transparency, and best practices across multiple workstreams, delivery partners, and consultants.
  • Lead governance reviews, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaborative delivery.
  • Work towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management, finance, business administration, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is desirable.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in programme governance, project management, or related disciplines within complex project environments.
  • Proven delivery experience on large-scale programmes within infrastructure, real estate, or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, governance frameworks, and executive decision-making processes.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects required for immigration and client approval.
