Key Responsibilities:
- Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and security across the project, empowering teams to follow policies and procedures.
- Integrate a customer-first mindset into all aspects of project planning and delivery.
- Provide strong leadership aligned with core values, inspiring high performance through clear direction and fostering collaboration.
- Oversee project execution across all functional areas, collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting strategies to governance committees.
- Develop, communicate, implement, and regularly review robust project delivery plans while managing risks, opportunities, and change processes.
- Lead procurement and commercial activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement and learning through post-project reviews and staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience in high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a similar field is acceptable.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, leading complex projects from initiation to completion within a contracting or construction environment.
