Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Embed the company’s safety-first culture, ensuring health and safety compliance while promoting well-being, inclusion, and accountable leadership.
• Manage commission from inception to completion, ensuring quality, program, and service excellence.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and governance, supporting client objectives and sustainable growth.
• Liaise with clients, project teams, and consultants to drive collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise project delivery in line with project execution plans and KPIs.
• Manage stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure scope, quality, and program targets are met.
• Drive safety, risk mitigation, and change control through collaboration and governance.
• Leverage best practices and digital tools to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project and construction delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant technical qualifications or professional accreditation.
• Sound knowledge of project controls, safety, and sector-specific standards.
