The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Construction) to lead the delivery of a flagship commercial and residential asset from a client office. This role will act as a client-side delivery lead, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant construction outcomes in line with governance frameworks, program objectives, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead construction delivery in alignment with the project execution plan, construction methodologies, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage main contractors, supervising consultants, and specialist subcontractors to ensure compliance with scope, quality, safety, and program requirements.
  • Drive proactive site safety leadership, mitigation of construction risks, change control, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee construction reporting, progress monitoring, quality inspections, and handover planning to ensure readiness for occupation and asset operation.
  • Promote the company’s best practices, effective use of digital construction tools, and sustainable site practices.
  • Embed the company’s safety-first culture to ensure health, safety, and wellness compliance across all construction activities while fostering inclusion and accountable leadership.
  • Lead and coordinate client, consultant, contractor, and stakeholder teams to drive collaboration, consistency, and performance on site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering the construction phase to completion and handover on commercial and residential projects.
  • Relevant professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent) or a strong commitment to professional development.
  • A strong track record in delivering commercial office buildings and residential assets, preferably within client-side, PMC, or secondment environments.
  • Robust construction management expertise with strong commercial, contractual, and financial acumen.
  • Experience leading construction efforts within large, multidisciplinary, and multi-contractor teams.
