Responsibilities
- Shape the company’s growth by serving as the senior point of accountability for complex, multi-workstream client engagements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, advise senior client leadership, and drive outcomes that define the company’s reputation.
- Own the full engagement lifecycle, ensuring accountability for client outcomes and commercial results.
- Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for executive sponsors and C-suite stakeholders.
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams and ensure seamless collaboration across all workstreams.
- Proactively identify, quantify, and mitigate delivery risks, escalating early with clearly framed options.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and Business Analysts within the team.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in project and programme management, with at least 5 years leading complex, senior client-facing engagements.
- Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers, architects, and data scientists.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification from PMI is required. Previous experience in government or regulated industries is highly desirable.
