Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, themed city development program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This ambitious initiative involves a dynamic sequence of milestone events and activations, requiring seamless integration across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring that each milestone event is executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of milestone events within a themed city-scale development program.
• Coordinate across project delivery, operations, third-party developers, activation teams, regulatory bodies, master planning and design, technology teams, and event operators.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure alignment between long-term development goals and short-term event milestones.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive operational readiness and post-event transitions.
• Report progress to executive leadership and ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in complex project management, ideally in urban development, mega-events, or large-scale themed environments.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects with high public visibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with government entities, regulatory frameworks, and international partners.
• Familiarity with delivering major events, smart city technologies, and urban activation strategies is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
