Senior Project Manager

The company is a technology service provider and a leading outsourced partner, delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects across transactional and subscription models. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver customer business outcomes on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects to deliver measurable customer business outcomes.
• Provide leadership, holding customers and project teams accountable for success.
• Drive overall project planning and execution.
• Align vision, strategy, and business objectives for end-to-end implementation.
• Track project metrics, financials, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and support presales/renewals.
• Develop risk response strategies and manage issues proactively.
• Lead contract Change Management processes.
• Manage partner delivery and commercials when 3rd-party resources are engaged.
• Share lessons learned, best practices, and contribute to the PM community.

Role Specific Responsibilities:

• Implement project structures and processes to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure scope and Change Management are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear stakeholder status reporting.
• Oversee risk, issue, and communications management.
• Mentor junior Project Managers.
• Lead or participate in internal strategic and process improvement initiatives.

Expertise & Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent plus 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Background in the IT/Telco industry preferred; Telco vendor experience is a strong advantage.
• Language requirements: English and Arabic.
• PMP certification is a plus.
