The Sr. Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall execution of Power Conversion projects for the company Phase-II Bulk Program. This role includes management of consortium type organizational structures, EPC interfaces, and adherence to program execution strategies to drive standard work in project execution across the program’s portfolios. The successful candidate will be accountable from contract signature up to securing project Functional Acceptance Certificates (FACs) and successfully closing the company's contractual obligations.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects, maintaining a strong customer-centric attitude.
- Lead consortium of Power Conversion suppliers, partners, and manage external stakeholders including customers, EPCs, and engineering consultants.
- Accountable for SQDC metrics and prioritize the company's way by driving a STOP WORK culture and adhering to EHS life-saving rules.
- Actively lead quality processes and apply lean practices within the project organization, influencing the supply chain for Non-Conformity record (NCR) mitigation.
- Ensure timely delivery of the company's supply scope and engineering studies.
- Manage Project Profit & Loss (P&L), margin improvement, cash collection, and bonds management.
- Develop and maintain risk and opportunity registers throughout the project.
- Support the development of project schedules and strategy for critical path analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the energy industry, focusing on Project Management.
- Extensive experience on large complex projects as a Senior Project Manager; experience leading Consortium or Turnkey projects is a plus.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to be relocated across different project locations of the program.
- Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
