Responsibilities:
- Manage high-profile projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Program management of multiple projects, providing status updates to executives and steering committees through dashboards showing overall project health and risks.
- Develop project plans, monitor deviations throughout the project lifecycle, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Manage and report risks promptly, including the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive professional Change Management and maintain communication channels for all project parties.
- Schedule and lead customer and steering committee meetings.
- Support project managers by monitoring other projects and reporting progress to the Head of PMO.
- Enhance Project Governance policies to support decisions on corporate investments.
- Manage day-to-day project needs and mentor new project managers until they can independently manage projects.
- Monitor compliance with procedures and report results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or comparable experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar formal project management certification required.
- ITIL Accreditation (or relevant experience).
- Customer and team-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS-Project.
- General understanding of Information Security Technologies, Concepts, and Standards.
- Strong organizational skills and a solid background in Cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to comprehend complex business processes.
- Flexibility based on job requirements and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
