We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, strategic projects that drive our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies
- Lead cross-functional and multiple-location teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance to achieve project objectives
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team capabilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities and solutions to create efficiencies and values for customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience (10+ years) in managing mid to large-scale projects, preferably in commercial carriers, MRO, or OEM environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and traditional approaches
- Demonstrated experience in systems integration and data integration projects
- In-depth understanding of core corporate platforms, with a focus on SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Adaptability and resilience in handling changing priorities and project demands
