Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management of BI, Data, and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project leads to monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve conflicts.
- Utilize MSFT Project and other project management tools to manage schedules, budgets, and reporting.
- Identify project interdependencies, highlight potential bottlenecks, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, data engineering, and business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, analytics, and data management.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in tracking a portfolio of technical projects, ideally in Business Intelligence, Data, and AI.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Project Manager in business intelligence, data, and analytics projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficient in MSFT Project and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data management principles, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
