We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and monitor Professional Services projects from initiation through delivery for complex client engagements. The Senior Project Manager will build relationships with customers to identify opportunities to address their business challenges and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, ensuring all targets and requirements are met. This role entails delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Language Requirement: Arabic language skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the company and client stakeholders to gather and document requirements that address customer needs.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and various company departments to meet targets and requirements.
- Build and maintain networks of cross-functional technical resources for increased productivity and problem resolution.
- Contribute to refining the company Professional Services methodology.
- Manage the scope, planning, monitoring, and execution of technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgetary constraints.
- Prepare key project documents including PID, plans, logs, and reports.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor the delivery of project deliverables from third parties.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in proposal and Statement of Work preparation.
Required Experience:
- PMP/Prince2 (Practitioner) certification.
- Proven ability to lead and execute projects reliably.
- Technical knowledge in Public Cloud, Data Center strategy & operations, and disaster recovery.
- IT Service Management and Service Delivery experience (ITIL certification preferred).
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Enterprise level use of MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience managing infrastructure technology projects.
