Senior Project Manager

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the capture, planning, and execution of projects, reporting to the Managing Director of the company. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the company’s lead Program Manager, functional resources within the company, and other businesses to optimize project execution, leverage experience, and maximize returns.

This position involves managing project activities to ensure compliance with head contract, subcontract, customer, and internal requirements, all while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. The Manager will be responsible for effective risk management, production, quality assurance, and schedule controls. Additionally, you will analyze and plan budget, scope, milestones, and integrated master schedules while reporting on progress and managing any potential problems. A willingness to travel internationally and domestically is required.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in complex project management, particularly managing project teams that may involve external organizations.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management, Gate Reviews, and Project Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Experience in proposal strategy and project planning, budgeting, and cost tracking.
