Senior Project Manager – Data Center

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Data Center to lead the end-to-end delivery of a mission-critical, hyperscale data center project. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic leadership and direction across all project phases.
• Managing a multi-package delivery model involving EPCs, design consultants, and specialist contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with Uptime Institute Tier III/IV standards and client-specific technical requirements.
• Overseeing project controls, risk management, and governance reporting.
• Leading stakeholder engagement with clients, authorities, utilities, and internal leadership.
• Driving performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost KPIs.
• Supporting value engineering, change management, and claims resolution.
• Ensuring readiness for commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational handover.

Required Skills:

• 20+ years in project and program management, with at least 10 years in mission-critical or data center environments.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, utility coordination, commissioning, and Tier certification processes.
• Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP, RICS, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Experience delivering projects in the Middle East or similar regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with fast-track delivery models and digital project controls.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise.
