Senior Project Manager

In this position, you will not only manage timelines but also lead transformational AI implementation projects, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to create meaningful impacts for some of the world's largest industrial organizations. You will guide projects from contract signing through deployment and value realization.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex Industrial AI implementation projects by:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Owning project scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.
• Collaborating with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translating customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitating Value Realization Workshops to demonstrate business impact.
• Managing project financials, including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, cost management, and reporting.
• Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, leading steering committees, and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes while ensuring appropriate governance and transparency.
• Supporting customer adoption through change management, enablement, and training while recognizing opportunities to expand customer value.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery practices by applying the company's PMO methodologies, playbooks, and lessons learned.

The Impact You Bring to the Company

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed decision-making.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability.
• Experience within one or more industrial sectors, including Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across technical teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Preferred Skills
We're particularly interested if you also bring experience in:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Industrial IoT, SCADA, MES, or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics implementation projects.
