How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and milestones, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
- Manage and improve client and consultant expectations, escalating challenges to management with solution-oriented action plans.
- Provide guidance on technical aspects of design, construction, and commissioning in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Prepare and manage project budgets while monitoring financial performance (Revenue, Margin, Cash Flow).
- Lead contract management for effective contracts and claims, ensuring scope compliance and effective change management.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality outcomes and develop a comprehensive risk management strategy.
- Mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
