You will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities to ensure that the program objectives are met while maintaining the quality within the agreed budgets. You will manage engagement with the client, understand expectations, negotiate and close change requests, identify and convert additional business opportunities, and ensure proper fulfillment of commitments.

Responsibilities
- Lead business/banking transformation programs, preferably in Finacle Core Banking.
- Employ Agile Methodology for project management.
- Ensure effective communication with clients to manage expectations and fulfill commitments.
- Identify opportunities for additional business and manage change requests.
- Coordinate all program activities and ensure adherence to quality standards and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Experience in leading business/banking transformation programs, preferably in Finacle Core Banking.
- Proficient in Agile Methodology.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel on short-term engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing large core banking transformation programs in the Middle East.
