This position offers an opportunity to work on a large luxury development in Riyadh, KSA. The company is providing project management consultancy services for this project, which is centrally based in Diriyah. The role requires the coordination of all stakeholders to ensure successful on-time delivery of a variety of client-supplied Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) and artwork.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring accountability for scope, milestones, and outcomes.
- Champion a safety-first approach, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviors across all teams and stakeholders.
- Procure, manage, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and partners to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee budgets, risks, and timeframes to ensure sustainable and successful delivery.
- Maintain robust quality systems, service excellence, and compliance with standards.
- Drive innovation, digital solutions, and responsible business priorities throughout project execution.
- Provide subject matter expertise, knowledge sharing, and best practices from across the company.
- Ensure effective handover, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
- Proven delivery expertise in FF&E and luxury stages of a project.
- Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient.
- Strong commercial acumen with leadership of diverse teams.
- Sustainability focus, stakeholder engagement, and advanced communication skills.
