Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out projects.
- Oversee the entire fit-out lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to approve fit-out designs and material specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and resolve technical issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication on project goals and deliverables.
- Manage contracts with contractors and suppliers, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Lead the final handover process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specializing in fit-out projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-end fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes from planning through to handover.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working in the GCC region is an advantage.
