Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of fit-out packages across entertainment, hospitality, and themed assets, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Manage contractors, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-spec finishes and themed installations.
  • Oversee coordination between design, MEP, architectural, and themed elements to ensure seamless integration.
  • Drive programme adherence, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies across fast-track fit-out phases.
  • Monitor and control budgets, variations, and the commercial performance of fit-out works.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and well-being standards, QA/QC processes, and project governance requirements.
  • Interface with clients, operators, and stakeholders to align on operational readiness and guest experience outcomes.
  • Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of fit-out works in line with operational and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a project manager delivering fit-out packages on large-scale entertainment, theme park, hospitality, or luxury developments.
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes, themed environments, and specialist interior installations.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-package programmes in international project environments.
  • Proven leadership in managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams on fast-paced projects.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and well-being and quality assurance best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging clients, operators, and design teams.
  • Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline; professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is desirable.
