The company is supporting the delivery of a large-scale, next-generation digital infrastructure program in the region, in collaboration with a leading developer in the data center sector. This project involves complex design coordination, fast-paced delivery, and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission-critical environment. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to be seconded into a client organization, providing leadership across the delivery of complex capital projects within a fast-paced and highly governed environment. The role will involve managing projects through all stages of their lifecycle while upholding the company's standards, values, and best practices in project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from early design to handover, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and program objectives. - Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality outcomes. - Monitor cost, schedule, and risk, maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting, and change control. - Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and governance processes. - Build strong relationships across internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and project governance requirements. - Lead audits, assurance reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities. - Represent the company professionally, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders and promoting collaborative, values-led delivery. Requirements: - Degree qualified with preferred professional accreditation (PMP, MRICS, MAPM). - Proven Senior Project Manager with strong design, procurement, construction, and handover expertise. - Experienced in client-side/PMC environments and embedded roles. - Skilled stakeholder manager across complex interfaces.
