Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)

The company is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage Project Managers across a wide range of projects. You will provide direction and management for large-scale projects or several smaller projects, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. You will be responsible for scope development, management, and the commercial performance of the project to meet its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Project Managers (PMs) to assure timely project completion within budget and in line with contractual obligations.
• Set strategic goals for PMs and projects aligned with the goals of the Country Manager.
• Ensure adherence to project requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Manage Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.
• Serve as the company representative with clients and subcontractors.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development to secure additional work.
• Monitor and report project progress to the Country Manager.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Civil Infra, or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and design management, particularly in luxury hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of program management and engineering principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced leadership abilities with a focus on problem-solving.
• Proficient understanding of current technology application in projects.
