Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of infrastructure projects, including business, technical, financial, and administrative functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project plans, including Health and Safety, Quality Control, and execution strategies.
• Define program requirements and ensure that all deliverables meet established criteria.
• Assign responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and qualifications.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor project progress, manage change orders, and address potential delays or cost overruns.
• Coordinate resources across departments to build effective project teams.
• Collaborate with managers to develop budgets, schedules, and project plans.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes and promote technical excellence.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and ensure project milestones are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management and delivery of infrastructure and master planning projects, ideally in Dubai.
• Proficient in Project Management principles.
• Proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
