The Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) will effectively manage key clients, prepare correspondence, written reports, and presentations for the Government, and coordinate briefings for tenants and senior personnel. You will manage interdisciplinary teams across UAE offices and support labor categories while ensuring that project requirements flow smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mobilizing company resources to create project teams for effective, quality work.
- Acting as the company representative with clients and selected subcontractors during program execution.
- Overseeing the establishment of the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other required documents.
- Maintaining current and timely change orders and advising clients and management of project changes.
- Promoting technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes.
- Monitoring progress on all project activities, including significant milestones.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or preferably a Civil Engineering-related technical/business field.
- Minimum 15+ years of related engineering management experience on large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Technical background in planning and design preferred; program management experience a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; Arabic speaker preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess the ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and engage technically in the project.
- Experience with Abu Dhabi developers and familiarity with Abu Dhabi approvals and NOCs is strongly preferred.
- Must meet the company’s project management certification requirements.
