Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery of large-scale infrastructure packages, maintaining quality systems and supporting senior leaders to achieve programme milestones.
- Oversee budgets, risks, and ethical governance, contributing to long-term business sustainability.
- Lead project delivery aligned with execution plans and KPIs.
- Manage stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure scope, quality, and programme targets are met.
- Lead collaborative project teams, driving performance, stakeholder engagement, and best-practice innovation across all phases.
- Champion safety first, ensuring compliance with HSE standards while fostering a positive safety culture.
- Drive safety, risk mitigation, and change control through collaboration and governance.
- Promote the company's priorities, leveraging best practices and digital tools for sustainable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree educated.
- Regional experience within the GCC delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in project and construction delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of project controls, safety, and sector-specific standards.
