Senior Project Manager - IT Operations & Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale IT Operations and Transformation projects across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Network, Application Operations, and Service Management domains. The successful candidate will manage project execution from initiation to closure while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, security, network, application, and service management projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project governance, change requests, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and provide regular executive status reports.
• Ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with business, operational, security, and compliance requirements.
• Drive operational readiness, service transition, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Network, or Service Management environments.
• Experience managing vendors and managed service providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certification preferred.
