Senior Project Manager Job

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Project Manager will lead portfolio execution within the company and drive the technical readiness of priority products. This involves aligning execution plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, resolving delivery blockers, designing necessary integrations, and ensuring the completion of required testing. The role also encompasses managing delivery dependencies, accelerating product launch readiness, and supporting partnership enablement where applicable, ensuring that all products progress through a controlled path from execution to operational launch in alignment with the company’s business objectives and governance requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

1. Portfolio Delivery & Execution Management

   • Develop and maintain integrated execution plans for priority products and partnership initiatives.
   • Establish structured tracking mechanisms for risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
   • Monitor execution progress and drive timely completion of critical activities.
   • Ensure delivery plans remain aligned with business objectives and launch timelines.

2. Stakeholder Alignment & Dependency Management

   • Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Product, and Sector teams to resolve delivery dependencies.
   • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate execution and remove operational bottlenecks.
   • Ensure accountability for action items, decisions, and project outcomes.
   • Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate governance channels when required.

3. Blocker Resolution & Delivery Governance

   • Maintain and govern portfolio blocker registers across strategic initiatives.
   • Ensure each blocker has a clearly assigned owner, target resolution date, and mitigation plan.
   • Monitor blocker resolution performance and identify recurring constraints affecting delivery.
   • Drive actions that minimize delays and improve execution efficiency.

4. Technical Readiness & Integration Management

   • Translate business and product objectives into clear, testable, and actionable technical requirements.
   • Coordinate integration requirements across platforms, systems, and external partners.
   • Manage dependencies related to APIs, access rights, environments, and technical connectivity.
   • Ensure technical readiness activities support successful product deployment and launch.

5. Solution Assessment & Technical Due Diligence

   • Lead technical due diligence activities for partners, vendors, and proposed solutions.
   • Assess technical feasibility, implementation risks, and operational readiness requirements.
   • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Data teams to secure approvals and decisions.
   • Provide recommendations that support informed partnership and investment decisions.

6. Testing & Launch Readiness

   • Coordinate integration testing, acceptance testing, and readiness validation activities.
   • Ensure identified issues and defects are effectively managed and resolved before launch.
   • Confirm operational, technical, and governance requirements are satisfied prior to deployment.
   • Support successful product launches through structured readiness assessments.

7. Partnership & Incubation Enablement

   • Support product incubation activities by coordinating delivery efforts across internal and external stakeholders.
   • Facilitate execution of partnership initiatives that support product development and commercialization.
   • Contribute to successful MVP development, validation, and scaling efforts.
   • Ensure incubated products are prepared for successful transition into operational business units.

8. Portfolio Reporting & Executive Communication

   • Develop executive dashboards, status reports, and portfolio performance updates.
   • Conduct regular governance reviews and decision-focused executive meetings.
   • Provide management visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and readiness status.
   • Support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.

9. Policies, Processes & Procedures

   • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
   • Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

10. Information Security

• Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery, integration, or technical product programs in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong practical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, solution architecture, cybersecurity requirements, infrastructure dependencies, and testing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate governance functions and bridge communication between commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting technical due diligence for partners or vendors and managing delivery dependencies through launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly valued.

• 4–6 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Delivery, Product Delivery, Program Management, Systems Integration, or related domains.
