Senior Project Manager

The Technical Projects Division (Gas Operations) is responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of projects and engineering modifications across the company's gas assets including Habshan, Bab, BuHasa, Asab, and Habshan‑5. The division manages multiple projects at various stages ranging from ASSESS, SELECT, DEFINE, EXECUTE, including tendering activities. It ensures structured delivery aligned with the company's strategic growth objectives and operational reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects and provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multiple Project Managers to ensure successful delivery in accordance with approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and business objectives.
• Drive project governance, portfolio performance, resource optimization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across the project portfolio while ensuring compliance with the company's policies, GVAP requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, decision gates, and assurance processes across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in managing a portfolio of Oil & Gas projects across the project lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring multiple Project Managers.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, GVAP, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• Experience managing EPC, PMC, licensors, engineering consultants, and major stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
