Senior Project Manager

The company aims to meet the increasing demand for advanced cyber capabilities by delivering robust, secure, end-to-end solutions centered on four core business units: Networks, Ultra Secure Mobile Devices, Applications, and Satellite Communications.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, budget, delivery timelines, and resources, while effectively communicating with stakeholders. This role demands strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills and will report to the Project Management lead with a dotted line to the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project charters and create project management plans.
• Direct and manage project work, monitoring and controlling project work, and perform integrated change control.
• Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiating contract/scope variations.
• Provide applicable project management KPIs to calculate relevant metrics such as cost and schedule variance.
• Ensure appropriate project closure by resolving all technical, commercial, and legal issues.
• Work with sales to ensure project proposals are supported by necessary deliverables.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes regarding project management procedures and tools.
• Ensure full compliance with all EDGE & the company processes related to project management.

Education and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, managing projects from initiation to closure.
