The company is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager (Luxury Projects) to join our team. In this role, you will manage Project Managers over a wide range of projects and ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. You will be responsible for scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the project to meet goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and management overseeing all Project Managers (PMs) to assure project completion within budget and contractual obligations.
• Oversee delivery and overall success of our projects, supervising managers and informing the Country Manager on progress and performance.
• Establish program requirements and ensure adherence to deliverables criteria.
• Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors throughout program execution.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work with clients.
• Monitor and report on the progress of project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions affecting project cost or schedule.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and design management, focusing on luxury hospitality projects.
• Thorough knowledge of program management, engineering principles, and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced leadership skills and capacity to supervise projects and project managers.

Language Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
