The company is looking for an immensely talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage Project Managers over a wide range of luxury projects. Your responsibilities will involve providing direction and management for large-scale projects or several small projects, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. You will also be responsible for scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the projects to meet their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in providing direction and management overseeing all Project Managers (PMs) to assure on-schedule completion within or below budget per contractual obligations.
- Oversee delivery and overall success of projects while informing senior management on progress and performance.
- Initiate and set goals for PMs and projects in line with strategic goals.
- Establish and ensure adherence to program requirements and deliverables.
- Act as the company representative with clients and selected subcontractors during project execution.
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work and collaborate with Business Development to secure additional projects.
- Promote technical and commercial excellence throughout the project by implementing Quality Assurance processes.
- Monitor and report on project activity and milestones to management.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and design management, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of program management and engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas.
- Advanced leadership and supervisory skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current technology applicable to project management.
