The company is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager (Luxury Projects) to manage project managers across a wide range of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects or several small projects, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget, all in accordance with contractual obligations. This role includes responsibility for scope development, management, and commercial performance to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and management for all Project Managers (PMs) to assure on-schedule completion within budget.
- Oversee overall project delivery and success, informing the Country Manager on progress and performance.
- Initiate goals for PMs and projects aligned with corporate strategy.
- Establish program requirements and check deliverables for adherence.
- Develop Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.
- Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors.
- Negotiate changes in scope with clients and key subcontractors.
- Collaborate with Business Development to secure additional work with clients.
- Monitor and report on project activity and conditions affecting cost or schedule.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and design management, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality projects.
- Thorough knowledge of program management and engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced leadership and supervisory skills to resolve complex problems.
- Advanced knowledge of current technology applicable to projects.
Language Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
