The company is looking for a talented Senior Project Manager (Luxury Projects) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage Project Managers across a wide range of projects, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget, in accordance with contractual obligations. You will be responsible for scope development, management, and commercial performance to meet project goals and objectives.
Job Description
- Oversee Project Managers and assure on-schedule project completion within budget and in alignment with contractual obligations.
- Set goals for Project Managers and projects according to the strategic goals of the Country Manager.
- Establish program requirements and check deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
- Develop and oversee the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and necessary documentation.
- Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors during program execution.
- Negotiate changes with clients and subcontractors as necessary.
- Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work with clients.
- Responsible for the development and distribution of project summaries for team members.
- Monitor and report project progress to the Country Manager, including significant milestones and conditions affecting cost or schedule.
- Perform other responsibilities as appropriate to the position.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and design management, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.
- Thorough knowledge of program management and engineering principles, along with industry best practices and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, corporate, and project managers.
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to provide feedback and resolve complex problems involving multiple projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current technology and its effective utilization on projects.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English (additional languages may be advantageous but are not specified).
