We are seeking Senior Project Managers to lead and manage the delivery of complex infrastructure projects within this program, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage multiple complex projects or workstreams within a large infrastructure program.
  • Provide leadership across design, procurement, and delivery stages.
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure scope, schedule, and cost performance across project packages.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare reports, lead progress and coordination meetings, and maintain quality assurance.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • PMP Certification is mandatory.
  • PMC experience.
  • Senior Level: 12–15 years of experience in infrastructure or public realm project delivery.
  • Mid-Level: 8–10 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ideally in drainage, stormwater, or municipal works.
  • Strong leadership and project delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and resolve conflicts effectively.
