This is an opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE.
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a landmark integrated resort development in the UAE. Working as part of the PMC team, you will take responsibility for the final stages of construction, coordination, and delivery of a high-rise luxury hotel tower, focusing on high-end interior fit-out and finishes. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards expected of a world-class hospitality development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of remaining construction and fit-out works within a high-rise hotel environment, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, and quality objectives.
- Oversee execution of luxury interior fit-out, ensuring design intent, detailing, and workmanship meet premium hospitality standards across guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Manage and coordinate main contractor, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring efficient delivery across all disciplines.
- Provide strong project leadership, driving planning, sequencing, and interface management across structural, MEP, and fit-out packages.
- Monitor construction progress, identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies to maintain programme.
- Ensure compliance with HSW, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of delivery.
- Review and manage contractor programmes, method statements, procurement schedules, and logistics plans.
- Lead regular reporting, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and key milestones to senior stakeholders.
- Drive quality assurance across all finishing trades, ensuring consistently high standards of delivery.
- Oversee inspections, snagging, commissioning, and handover of hotel areas to operational standards.
- Support commercial management, including variation review, change control, and contractor performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record delivering high-rise hotel, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience in luxury fit-out and high-end finishes, ideally within hotel environments.
- Experience working in a PMC/consultancy environment on complex developments.
- Demonstrated capability managing tier 1 contractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and fit-out interfaces.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
