Responsibilities:
- Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and security across the project, empowering teams to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Integrate a customer-first mindset into all aspects of project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with Customer Experience strategies.
- Demonstrate strong leadership aligned with core values, inspiring high performance through clear direction and fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Provide inclusive leadership, support succession planning, explore recruitment and retention strategies, and mentor both direct reports and the wider team.
- Oversee project execution, collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting strategies to governance committees.
- Develop, communicate, implement, and regularly review robust project delivery plans while managing risks, opportunities, and change processes.
- Lead procurement and commercial activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and cost control.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews, staying updated on industry trends, and leading project activities including design reviews and executive reporting.
Requirements:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy.
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Civil Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, or Construction Management.
- Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields is also acceptable.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically leading complex projects from initiation to completion in a contracting or construction environment.
