What You'll Be Doing:
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Prepare correspondence, written reports, and presentations for the government and engage with tenants and senior personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate project interactions among existing and occupied facilities.
- Manage interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories.
- Integrate competing elements into the planning and execution processes to ensure smooth flows of project requirements.
- Mobilize company resources to create project teams capable of completing quality work.
- Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors during program execution, negotiating scope changes and securing additional work.
- Oversee the establishment of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans.
- Develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various project elements, ensuring that project goals are met or exceeded.
- Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through Quality Assurance processes.
- Monitor project activity progress and conduct weekly meetings to review project status.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or an Engineering-related field.
- 20+ years of project/construction/engineering management experience on large-scale programs.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale projects, preferably with Abu Dhabi developers.
- Broad general technical and business background; professional registration may be required.
- Proven management capabilities with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction activities.
- Ability to effectively utilize current technology on projects.
- Multi-tasking ability to meet the demands of today’s Project Managers.
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree in Management or Engineering.
- 10+ years of delivery experience on large-scale master plans (Infrastructure, Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial, etc.).
- 2+ years of UAE experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS 365 and familiarity with various engineering/construction software tools.
- Additional skills in AI Construction Monitoring services are a plus.
- Team player capable of working in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment.
