In this role, you will lead innovative projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery that meets the high standards expected by customers. As an experienced Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of Advanced Services projects in the software development, software deployment, Kubernetes, and storage industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing project delivery for multiple projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing both local and remote project resources, including complex stakeholder management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering to deliver Professional Services solutions.
- Maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and documenting deliverables.
- Reporting project issues and risks, ensuring effective management of resources and timelines.
- Responsible for compliance with company revenue recognition rules and policies.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
- Essential management of billable professional services projects experience.
- 5+ years in project management in an external customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and business writing skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and self-starter with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Knowledgeable on the full project management lifecycle from proposal through delivery.
- Experience in customer satisfaction-focused environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace Suite is preferred, experience with KeyedIn or Salesforce.com is a plus.

Work Conditions:
- Full-time
- Primarily in-office environment, compliance with company policies is required unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
- Travel may be required as customer, project, and business requirements dictate.
