Job Description:
The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as needed.
- Monitoring draft and final deliverables against program requirements.
- Assigning responsibilities for executing project plans based on qualifications and strengths.
- Negotiating changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors.
- Securing additional work with the client.
- Developing project summaries for team members.
- Mobilizing company resources and creating effective project teams.
- Collaborating with managers and project engineers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans.
- Advising management on potential cost overruns or significant changes to scope.
- Promoting technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to meet Qiddiya project management certification requirements.
- Familiarity with the integration of engineering/technical aspects, procurement, and construction activities.
- Proven management capacity with excellent communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Understanding of current technology and its application in projects.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
- 15+ years of related work experience required, including previous project management on similar projects.
