The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for scope development, scope management, and the commercial performance of projects to meet established goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate project interactions among existing and occupied facilities.
- Manage interdisciplinary teams of professionals and support labor categories.
- Integrate competing elements into planning and execution processes to ensure smooth project operations.
- Mobilize company resources to create effective project teams.
- Collaborate with office facilities staff to address project space requirements.
- Serve as the company representative with clients and subcontractors during project execution.
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including significant milestones and conditions affecting cost or schedule.
- Establish and oversee project plans, including Health and Safety and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering or a related technical/business field.
- 15+ years of related engineering management experience on large-scale programs.
- Ability to manage projects and interface effectively with clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and project management certification requirements.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity with excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Professional registration preferred.
