Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from early design to handover, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and programme objectives.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and risk, maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting, and change control.
- Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and governance processes.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and project governance requirements.
- Lead audits, assurance reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities.
- Represent the company professionally, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders and promoting collaborative, values-led delivery.
Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified with preferred professional accreditation (PMP, MRICS, MAPM).
- Proven Senior Project Manager with strong design, procurement, construction, and handover expertise.
- Experienced in client-side/PMC environments and embedded roles.
- Skilled stakeholder manager across complex interfaces.
