The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager with experience in Design & Build contracts to join our team. In this role, you will lead the delivery team on complex mixed-use development construction projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring successful execution from design development through to project close-out and handover.
This senior position involves providing direction and leadership while demonstrating excellent communication and project management skills for large-scale projects. You will be responsible for planning, programming, design coordination, scope, cost management, and the overall implementation of projects to meet established goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction teams, projects, and programs while being accountable for end-to-end delivery.
- Assist in developing budgets, cost schedules, and work plans for various construction elements.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project goals and specifications.
- Supervise construction engineers and administrative staff.
- Develop performance-related data collection criteria to monitor projects against KPIs and milestones.
- Provide project management guidance and maintain strong relationships with contractors.
- Review and route correspondence, submittals, and contractor invoices for approval.
- Manage risk and ensure contractual compliance through effective action plans.
- Interface with all design teams, procurement, finance, project controls, and stakeholders to manage project processes.
- Prepare presentations and reports on project progress for management.
- Initiate projects and contribute to project documentation and governance.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction Project Management, particularly in high-value civil or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in contractor oversight, engineering, budgeting, planning, procurement, and scheduling.
- Technical understanding of design integration as well as procurement and construction activities.
