Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs to the customer through all deal phases.
- Ensure customer requirements and needs are clearly understood and met, delivering effectively on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer matters, developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Utilize project management methodologies to provide milestones and timelines for customer expectations prior to project initiation.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Ensure solution environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
- Accelerate customer adoption of the company by leading the implementation journey.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, migration goals, and ensure all processes meet defined quality standards.
- Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Ensure that customer issues are addressed efficiently, following predefined escalation processes.
- Design and develop bi-weekly presentations for stakeholders.
- Comply with policies related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Governance.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms & technologies.
- PMP certification from PMI is a must.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- In-depth market and domain knowledge, with a passion for constant improvement and innovative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
