This position involves managing and overseeing project activities to ensure compliance with head contract, subcontract, customer, and internal company requirements while adhering to timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective risk management, quality assurance, budget, and schedule controls are in place, as well as analyzing and planning for budget scope, milestones, deliverables, and the integrated master schedule (IMS) with team leaders and project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in complex project management, including Earned Value Management and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Experience in proposal strategy, project planning, and budgeting is also essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience with complex project management, including leading multi-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management and managing project reviews.
- Strong skills in budget planning, cost tracking, and proposal strategy development.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder requirements and ensure effective communication.
